All payments must be completed according to agreed billing schedules. Delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of services. Additional operational requirements outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Dynamic Solution follows structured workflows, reporting systems, supervision processes, and quality standards to maintain service consistency and operational efficiency across all management services.
All client, institutional, operational, and property-related information shared with Dynamic Solution will remain confidential and used strictly for service-related operational purposes only.
Dynamic Solution shall not be liable for indirect losses, third-party delays, operational interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control. Clients are responsible for maintaining necessary legal compliance and insurance where applicable.
We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue certain operational processes or services whenever necessary for compliance, operational efficiency, or business improvements.
Service cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Any completed operational work, allocated manpower, or committed resources prior to cancellation may remain chargeable as per service agreement terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed under the applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising from service usage shall fall under the jurisdiction of Kolkata, West Bengal courts.
